I want to express my sincere gratitude to Grove House Apartments for providing a welcoming and comfortable experience for my family. After dealing with unreasonable fees and poor management at other complexes, living at Grove House was a refreshing change.
The community is gated, clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. There are two pools, outdoor grills, and a reliable maintenance team that takes pride in their work. The walls are also impressively soundproof, which makes the environment... peaceful and ideal for families.
A special thank-you to Jose from maintenance for always being professional, kind, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. He consistently made sure every request was handled quickly and with care, which made a big difference in our experience.
Parking can get a bit tight after 4 PM, but it’s manageable once you get familiar with the area. There is plenty of parking across the street. My only suggestion for management is to continue enforcing pool and guest rules, as large gatherings with many outside visitors can make it difficult and inconvenient for residents to enjoy the shared amenities comfortably.
The reason we moved out was because we qualified to purchase our first family home. It was a blessing, and at the same time a sad moment, as we had really adapted to living here and this was a place we called home.
Overall, Grove House has been the best community we’ve lived in. It’s well-managed, family-friendly, and offers great value for the quality of living it provides. I’ll truly miss it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to call home.

Don't do that
Don't move here! I moved here September 1 and i never ever sleep! My neighbors has dogs and they kept them in the patio. They never get them in. Poor dogs are crying and barking all night. I talked with manager Julia about my issue. What she said? She told me that she's not resident here and she can't do anything!! There is a gib bug problem's and they don't have any pest control. Always under construction ! Dogs are barking until 7 am and construction starts 7am to 5 pm. Dogs are starts barking... 5pm to 7 am! No time to sleep. There is no parking available at additional or streets! She told me that there is additional parking available but I moved here she changed her mind and she provided the parking lot to another tenant because ???

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Recently moved in about 4 months ago.
As I'm writing this review, I am once again woken up at about 8am in the morning (no notice) to a worker making noise directly outside my window.
Since I've moved in, it's been a constant construction zone with significant noise - jackhammers and stone cutting.. They do provide notices of work around your apt which for this month, was about 1/3 of the days. Again, today is not a day that was one of them.
Appliances that do not work in the house (despite... requests): - dryer - dishwasher
In addition: - Random internet outages (big no no if you work from home) - Random water outages (big no no if you need water) - Bug infested - termites, cockroaches, ants, flies you name it
Would not recommend. 0/5 if I could.
EDIT #1: Internet knocked out for a couple hours by gardener that woke me up yesterday because he hit the line apparently. Woken up again today. ??

Don't Do It!!!!
This place is absolutely horrendous with tyrannical management that enter your property without legal written notice. The buildings are old, moldy, and falling apart. The solution, slap a coat of paint on and call it a day! The parking is a joke. You get no standard parking free, you have to pay extra for a garage or numbered spot, OK I understand....if they provided other parking. They don't though, and you have to fight tooth and nail every day to park on the street and hope your car doesn't... get hit. Lived here for over 5 years and there is a car wreck at least 1x monthly. Do yourselves a favor and run, check reviews and do research!
