This place is nice and modern BUT there is no parking. I was told that the parking garage would be open in July but so far it's still not open. Even with the garage, there's just not enough parking for all the units. Management/security wants people to park on the street but does not care if your car gets broken into.

There's roughly 40 parking spots at most (with the garage) and there's +70 units with 2 bedrooms minimum for each unit. So even if you move in, you might not even get to pay for... a parking spot once management sorts everything out and starts assigning spaces to people. Read More

Amazing layouts and great customer service--while I didn't take the unit, an honest and pleasant exchange shifts the paradigm where resident issues are the primary concern. Janelle is definitely a person who exemplifies integrity & great service. If cost was not top of mind, this is the type of management about which I could feel confident! Keep her!
