Serenity is cool. It feels good to come home here. The neighbors are nice, the management and office staff are solid, and the place is well run. People are respectful of each other, and it’s a beautiful part of the world. Living here feels healthy and peaceful for me.

I moved out here last March from Wisconsin to be closer to my son, who also lives in Larkspur. After visiting him in this area for 12 years, I knew it was where I wanted to spend my retirement. Having rented the place virtually sight unseen, I was thrilled beyond belief when I first saw my new apartment and how beautiful it was. Everything about this community is classy and the move in experience exceeded my expectations. Even the staff were professional and helpful!

So far everything has been great in our first week here. Jose from maintenance has been a big help! Hes come to fix our closet rod and shelf, he was very nice and professional the whole time.
