I love living here, but the one thing I’ve always wished was different is the stroller access. I live in the 300 Lincoln Village building and I have a baby under one year old, so being able to get around easily with a stroller is huge for us.

I honestly find it really surprising that there aren’t any stroller/wheelchair ramps throughout the complex to make access easier. Even just a few ramps in key areas would make such a big difference for families.

Another idea I had would be creating some... kind of stroller parking area for residents with babies. There are actually a lot of families here, and I think it would make it so much easier for people to walk around and enjoy the complex comfortably. Read More

Nice area. Units are not noise insulated enough. While dogs are a plus, the noise is endless, loud and consistent. The dog owners do not curtail incessant barking. It is a real noise problem.

It is a warm and friendly community with great facilities and easily accessible to surrounding areas

Serenity is cool. It feels good to come home here. The neighbors are nice, the management and office staff are solid, and the place is well run. People are respectful of each other, and it’s a beautiful part of the world. Living here feels healthy and peaceful for me.

I moved out here last March from Wisconsin to be closer to my son, who also lives in Larkspur. After visiting him in this area for 12 years, I knew it was where I wanted to spend my retirement. Having rented the place virtually sight unseen, I was thrilled beyond belief when I first saw my new apartment and how beautiful it was. The next morning I couldn’t believe the breathtaking views of Mount Tam outside my large and wonderful balcony.
