I had looked at several apartments in the Northridge/Granada Hills area, and was let down every time. I kept searching the internet in hopes of finding my own place to call home. I was impressed by how clean the complex looked from pictures and decided to give it a shot. I spoke with the property manager, who was polite, and very accommodating. The process from the walk through appointment to actually receiving the call of I was qualified and got the apartment took little to no time at all. Over... all I'm more than pleased with how quiet and clean the area is and also with how quick things are taken care of, if there's a problem that needs to be addressed.
