My aunt resided in this building and I lend her my credit to rent. The manager made her vacate before the contract was over and now I have eviction on my credit. Rent was always paid on time. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They will damage your credit and make up lies to evict you.

Well.... I might not want to make this place my permanent address, still it is a lovely place to grow within the Los Angeles area. With underground parking and a very on-top of things Apartment Manager living here has been much better than mediocre. I would highly recommend this Community to anyone that wants stability that isn't going to break the bank.
