As someone who is a current tenant here, I don’t recommend these apartments or management at all. There’s no rent control, they raise your rent the maximum amount at every lease renewal without anything on their part to back up the high fees. We’ve had roaches in our apartment for the last 2 years. We haven’t made a big fuss about it because we were willing to try poison and pretty much anything to get rid of them and NOTHING has worked. We finally asked them to fumigate our apartment. They did,... they had the maintenance workers go and buy cheap poison at home depot (didn’t even call actual professionals to fumigate) — they said they’d come back 2 weeks later for the 2nd round: crickets. They never reached back out or let us know they were coming back. At this point our entire apartment is infested, they’re in our bedrooms, our bathrooms, our kitchen and dishwasher and we have NO IDEA where they come from considering we’ve already put tape over every single one of our outlets. Future tenants deserve to know what they’re in for, it’s a nightmare. I’ve asked other tenants and they’re also going through a roach infestation. It’s awful.

Unprofessional & Shady Property Mgmt!
I work for a small family run company with good reputation that was recently contracted to service this bldg. Elva, Onsite Mgr, was completely unprofessional & down right nasty to us. Blamed our company for her own inefficiency of getting needed information to us. The property mgmt co. she works for, S & D Property, was also very shady & tried to change pricing on contract after a legitimate quote was given. Just all around unprofessional & dishonest. Be very careful if you're going to do work... for them. They can't be trusted!

GO ELSEWHERE!
A newer building, but the empty lot next door that all of NoHo uses as a dump site is a total eyesore. Mattresses, tv's, furniture, clothes you name it. It all gets dumped there. More importantly, they totally steal from tenants! They kept $1500 of our security deposit just to re-paint the unit & the walls were in great condition. Not to mention the little "pest" problem they can't seem to control. Not worth the rent...or the security deposit that they'll keep anyway.
