I love living here. A new manager came about 11/2 years ago and she keeps the building very clean and keeps a good eye on the property. Its on a quiet street and a peaceful place.

ADR is a horrendous company! They don’t care about tenants. They always raise the rent. No handyman on site. Building has roaches! HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

ADR and the property manger are HORRIBLE! My sister just moved out of this building. They left the elevator broke down for almost four months. The building has roaches. They use cheap parts to fix things that are broken. They are rude and always raise rent prices. They don't take care of the building. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS BUILDING! IT'S OVERPRICED AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENETS!

This place has roaches. Rude management and the owners are horrible. The apartments are small and very over priced! Went to view an apartment because my friend lived here and my experience was horrible. Yes, I saw the roaches
