I first found this place when I needed a new place to live, fast.
From the first communication with the onsite manager, this was a win, they are cheerful, professional and easy to communicate with.
- If you don't let someone know you have a problem then they can't help you fix it.
The pool is phenomenal and very well maintained.
The neighbors are cool, if you're a cool neighbor.
Water and trash are included. That's huge.
They have community gatherings... where people create and share together.
There are some residents who love to decorate for our seasons and holidays, it's adorable.
If I could stay any place forever, this is on the list.

Manager is bias and doesnt treat everyone fair. Tenanets drink in public space and create problems amongst others. The place is breakinging down. Steer clear of this roach infested drunk fest

I lived here for 5 years and dealt with roaches the entire time. It has never been resolved. The entire complex is infested but you just co-exist with them. So before you move in try and speak to actual tenants who live there and they will tell you about the roach problem, because management will lie.

Overall for the price you get a community of really nice neighbors and on-site landlord. But the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor’s full conversations.
