Worst mistakes moving into this place. There is so much wrong with it starting with the management company that does not care about the residents. Remodeled apartment- Mickey mouse job. Every single cabinet and door has nails sticking out. They make you pay for water and trash and the bill is not based on personal usage, it’s based on how much the entire complex uses. Thank God my lease expires in 2 months.

This place needs so much work and they use the poor to house this place. They will attempt to fix things but they will lie to get you in here. Ive been exposed to bad plumbing, insects airbourne allergens from the open walls to do the plumbing since it hasnt been done since the 50’s!!!! The manager is not honest. Dont trust her! During the course of my entire lease there have been problems and repair request.
