The building has the worst management. I lived here for two years and dealt with neighbors letting their dogs poop in hallways, rude managers and constant issues. They nickel and dime you when returning your security deposit. Save your money and run!

Building is poorly maintained. Front door was broke for more than a month leaving the building unsecure. Dog poop frequented the hallway and took forever for management to do something about it.Frequent bike theft they could care less about and they do not enforce noise violations if it occurs at a time inconvenient for them (like the weekend)!

We have received multiple emails about people in the building not cleaning up their pet waste, the fire alarms go off all of the time, and they will raise your rent exponentially for a tiny apartment that had cupboards that don’t even fit plates. And they open into your face.
The people who work here are nice enough, it’s just mediocre and overpriced for what they have to offer.

I lived at MLofts in 2015. The building and apartments are beautiful. The outside areas are great. All questions and maintenance requests are addressed immediately. The property and leasing managers, Julie and Peyton, are amazing and extremely helpful. Peyton was a tremendous help from first contact. The location is central to access all of LA and the immediate area has everything. I highly recommend MLofts.

M Lofts has been a great asset to me in living my life. With the open floorplan of my apartment and new stainless steel appliances, living my life has been so much more fun. I hope I can repay M Lofts in ways other than my monthly rent, because that money seems to be a minimum gift to the place that has turned my life around in more ways than one. M Lofts, you are truly my hero.
