It is NOT worth it. Not worth your time, not worth your stress, not worth the effort, not worth the price. Don't live here, and you will find much better options easily. I am saving you lots of headache. You will not get your full deposit, you will not get a response from staff if you get billed for water and power after you move out no matter how much you follow up, and you will not enjoy your experience. Residents are not respectful and will leave piles of trash, bulky boxes (even though there... is a sign explaining to take them downstairs), and trash too big for the trash chutes in the trash room. They do not check footage or enforce anything if people leave their trash on the ground (some are too lazy to put it inside the trash chutes). The smoking of cigarettes is a serious issue and they don't do anything about it. They don't check footage, follow up with anyone's concerns about it, or take responsibility - they just say to "be on the lookout and report it" if anyone smokes. It is an issue and the hallways and parking lots do smell of cigarette smoke. You Will smell cigarette smoke early in the morning and late at night. The fire alarms go off very often, especially in the middle of the night. The "routine fire alarm maintenance" in which someone needs to enter your unit are suspiciously frequent, especially for how often the alarms go off. You will get woken up by the fire alarm. There are major security issues and they are not prioritizing safety. There are no locks on the upper floors for key fobs. If you take the stairs, the entry to the floors do not require key fobs on the upper levels. You can walk in through the main parking lot entrance and take any stairs up and access any floor without a key fob.
The parking lot doors are broken and left open VERY frequently. Residents drive too fast in the garage, try to beat the gate, and frequently break it. It takes about 2 weeks to fix, and until then, it's left open. Literal cars have been stolen from this apartment complex. I've seen literal homeless people sleeping in the garage because of the broken gates (I don't personally care because in the morning I've seen this happen, it was very cold. However it still is a security flaw.) You WILL have someone park in your spot due to this at least once and it will be VERY inconvenient.
Staff is flaky and will NOT follow up on your tickets, concerns, calls, or voicemails no matter how much you follow up. You WILL be disappointed.

This apartment building has been an extremely disappointing and stressful place to live. The biggest issue is the management and staff, who are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Communication is nearly nonexistent—calls, emails, and maintenance requests are often ignored for long periods of time, if they’re answered at all. When management does respond, it’s usually with an attitude, excuses, or no real resolution.
The property itself is poorly maintained and often dirty.... Common areas are not kept clean, and maintenance issues are either delayed or completely ignored unless you repeatedly follow up. Despite paying high rent and numerous additional fees, the condition of the building does not reflect what residents are being charged for. You are charged extra for almost everything, yet basic services and upkeep are lacking.
Safety is also a serious concern. The building does not feel secure, and management does not seem to take safety-related issues seriously. Instead of addressing concerns, they minimize them or brush them off, leaving residents feeling unheard and uncomfortable in their own homes. Management is very quick to threaten residents with lease terms, fees, or penalties, but they do not hold themselves to the same standards. They fail to fulfill their own obligations under the lease while expecting residents to strictly comply with every rule. This imbalance creates a hostile and stressful living environment.
What is especially unacceptable is the behavior of the staff toward residents. Employees openly speak rudely and inappropriately about residents to other residents, which is completely unprofessional. I have personally witnessed staff laughing or making dismissive comments about serious situations instead of treating them with the concern and respect they deserve. Overall, it is clear that this building does not care about its residents—only about collecting money. If you’re considering living here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared to deal with poor management, lack of accountability, and constant frustration.
