Gone from bad to worst
Been here for almost 4 years now…and things have deteriorated ever since the change in management company.
Incompetent. And beware of the constant water/power shut offs and fire alarm testing (I’d say almost once a month)!
Plus, a flooded basement p1 garage when it rains.
Don’t get smitten by the leasing office - it’s all a façade. Including the reply (which I’m assuming you’ll see it once this review gets posted).
Rent kept increasing but the standard kept decreasing.
Go somewhere else

Since that time, the community has transitioned to Greystar, and our team is focused on... delivering a more consistent, responsive, and elevated level of service. The disruptions referenced, including periodic utility interruptions and fire alarm testing, were largely associated with the restaurant buildout taking place at the time. While those types of projects can temporarily impact daily operations, they are finite in nature. We recognize that experience may not have felt seamless and appreciate that feedback. Regarding the garage, improvements have since been made to address prior concerns, including water intrusion during heavy rain. We understand how important reliability and overall upkeep are to daily living.
