We've been renting a 2bd/2ba for 7mo so far and we love it here. We have a first floor unit and we were pleasantly surprised how cool it stayed (72) when it was 95 outside in the summer. Our unit was in great condition with all new appliances when we moved in. The location is convenient for walking to Nob Hill and Safeway for groceries and quick to hop on Monterey or 101 for commute and the bus stop for the 68 bus route to San Jose. It's also super nice to have a bike path just across the... street for walking. Isabel has been great to work with as the manager and we haven't had any noise issues

nice community and friendly manager
Wonderful looking apartments and the manager was very nice and understanding. She has been very professional and also personable, making us feel very welcome when working with her.
