The neighbors, location and small community make it a wonderful place to live. Dog friendly. We've had some not considerate neighbors but they do t last long. Guest Parking can be challenging, I live alone so it's not a problem for me but many residents are forced to park on street or down the street because businesses at shopping center leave their cars parked for lengthy overnights early moved. There's junk cars too that don't move out of public spaces. Appreciate they finally fixed the... railings on walkways, balconies and decks. I think security could be added it's an open complex. Trash and recycling education needs to be messaged every Sunday before trash day.

I love living at Pacific Vista. It has been a great experience and I hope to continue living here for many more years to come. The management and maintenance team are great to work with, the neighbors are all friendly, and overall it is a quiet and clean community.

It’s extremely hard to reach management on the phone. Also, we have a leasing office but it is not staffed. I feel there should be an employee on site during regular business hours.
