Do not lease at Griffis South Bay. The entire staff lives here on the property, yet the complex is filthy, the security gates are constantly broken, and the entire operation is completely unprofessional. Do not be fooled if the property looks okay during a tour; the staff only puts on a rehearsed performance when corporate is in town, then goes right back to neglecting the property the moment the bosses leave.The on-site property manager completely ignores critical resident complaints regarding... active rodent and roach infestations, leaving paying tenants to live in unsanitary conditions. I just move out Griffis South Bay this month because my company move to other state.
I started renting room from September 2021 and I lived there for about three and a half years.
During that time, I and my wife had great time in there and had great memory.
Very quiet place, Convenience place like easy to access HWY, Grocery, shopping mall. Also just 10 min to San Jose Airport, but I don't hear airplane noise at all,
All stuffs are very kind and helpful.

I have been living at Griffis apartments for past 6 months and its been a great experience. The location is great, from the cozy living room to the fully equipped kitchen, everything felt like a home away from home. Also shoutout to Marcela who has been an outstanding community manager who has been creating a positive living environment for this community. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
