Valley view apartment complex is fantastic. With the recent management change, things are operating very professionally. Kathleen does a great job as the office manager and will ensure you are taken care of. Ed, just one of the few maintenance crew, is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to fixing up anything you need. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

When I was first exploring for an apartment, I searched for months from Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Hemet to Moreno Valley. It was really important for me to have the following.
- Assigned parking
- Garage (I have motorcycles)
- Washer / dryer in unit.
- Jacuzzi / pool
- Affordable***

After months of searching, it seemed to be an impossible feat. I finally came across Valley View Apartments, and it checked every box. I ended up living here for about 3 years. I was extremely... satisfied. The neighbors were kind, thoughtful, and quiet. The manager (Kris (old) & Kathleen (new) were both always a pleasure to deal with. The maintenance crew (old crew) wasn't the best (smelled like cigarettes / scratched floors with equipment, didn't remove shoes or wear booties, micky moused / sloppily fixed problems). The newer crew Eddie (and others) are much more professional and beyond kind. All service/maintenance requests were usually resolved within 1-7 days.

Me and my spouse finally saved up enough to move into a home, but honestly, we both were very satisfied and happy living at Valley View Apartments. Had we not found the perfect home with a large rate buy down from the builder, we definitely would have stayed longer. Read More

Probably one of the best apartment complex’s around the area for the price. The management is great and works with you. The maintenance works well to keep up problems you have in your apartment. The maintenance that work on the lawn can be annoying and loud. Very quiet area. Easy access to freeway. Has a fast food restaurant and gas station at the end of the street. Close to shopping centers, which are one exit away if you take the freeway. The only downside is the internet connection... can be slow and can go down from time to time. Absolutely love the space inside the home. Rooms are a decent size and fits my king size bed with ease. The maintenance department staff is the main reason why its not a five star apartment. Location has great access to the freeway.

Very spacious apartments, only wish they had more cabinet space throughout. Very clean and quiet complex. I have had no problem living here and the price is worth every square inch.
