Manager is very argumentative as well maintenance worker doesn't do his job he will lie to you and say they will fix problems which will never be fix. water will be of randomly u need to ask if u can swim in the pool, this place needs new management. Terrible place to live

This place is going down hill, maintenance is fixing a pool for a year that never opened, never any hot water, rent is going up due to inflation? How when you deprive us of our amenities? They took away guest parking. It’s a place to live, not a home.

I’m currently a tenant here and this new property manager is doing a horrible job. She very argumentative with tenants, doesn’t attend to our issues in a timely manner. Also, the pool is still off limits. Can’t wait til my lease is up to get out of here. It’s a nice/quiet place to live but this manager has to go.

Unprofessional. I called and asked for an open apartment. Got all the info. Literally went to get the application, then I had the lady tell me they won't accept applications until June 1st. Fishy? Definitely. What management/company does this? So I waited until June 1st. Guess what? The apartment already been rented out. How odd? Then I read two other people's review here as well.
