I love all the amenities that are offered, and would not change them. One of my favorites is the house car, which is an amazing convenience to have. Adrian is an incredible driver. It's a bummer that the range is so little, and the dates and times that it's available is so limited. It would be great to expand the travel range and offer the house car seven days a week if possible. The monthly events are awesome too , but I have seen that certain months don't have the two events per month as... advertised. Lastly, the outdoor TVs never work. you can never use the universal controllers to change the channel or adjust volume. It would be great to have better upkeep on these TVs. Read More

So far, I’m a new resident, my experience has been very pleasant. Especially pleased with front desk staff. After security incidents in another building, it seems that The Q Playa has safety measurements in place. Amenities are beautiful and well taken care and I am excited about the monthly events. The private driver is a huge differential from other communities, and residents have been very friendly and welcoming. My dogs are loving the dog run, pet spa and my morning walks have been lovely.... Thank you The Q staff for a peaceful and very professional welcoming to me and my family. The staff is friendly, efficient and follows up on requests. We haven’t been here long but so far it’s better than expected and would recommend The Q Playa to all our friends and family!
