This building is 2 years old and there is a major problem with HOT water. In 10-15 mins shower the water fluctuates several time to lukewarm to absolutely COLD temperature. It is impossible for any one to have a decant and pleasurable shower. Even giving 1 start is too high of rating.

There is no one here answering . Terrible management I had power outage because of faulty circuit breaker sent request of maintenance several times also sent emails no one returning calls or doing anything even during weekdays . The washer is strlean dryer there is no dryer and the cloths are wet in all programs after 2 hours . No one from management answers your emails or returns your calls . The water was cold and you don’t hear back from them . No management at all . Terrible management just... don’t waste your money and your time and your life here .

Run dont walk away from this place. Brand new beautiful apartment and thats where the good things end. I havent had a good nights sleep since I moved in. I literally hear every step my neighbor above me makes and he sounds lije he is moving furniture every night. Its so loud my dogs are terrified. Leasing agent/maintenance doesnt fix anything. Slow draing tub, squeaking door I had to fix these myself. Broken ice maker I just buy bags of ice, dishwasher has burning smell, I just hand wash my... dishes. I have lost count of how many emails , calls and face to face conversations I have had with leading agent about the noise. He says whatever to get you out of his face and never fixes the problem. I first told them about the noise on Jan 13th. He told me mgmnt is working with their construction company to address the issue as I am not the only person complaining about the noise but here it is almost 2a.m. and it sounds like 3000 people are in the apartment above mine moving furniture. I am sure management is sleeping cozy in their quiet homes as I write this. If you want a pretty apartment that you wont get any rest in, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid this poorly constructed building and the lazy, uncaring staff that run it. Thank God, I didnt sign a year lease. I cant wait to get out of here. I was forced to give them 1 star in order to subit this review. Its not even deserving of 1 star. Run!!!!!
