How Is This Rating Determined?

Paper thin walls, obnoxious neighbor noise.

Do not rent unit 5, unless you want to be the third tenant in 1 year to move in and then move out. We found out that everyone keeps moving out of this unit because the building does nothing about the endless noise coming from your neighbor.
