Worst place I’ve ever lived. Waste of money! The owner and management genuinely do not care about tenants. The hallways are constantly filthy, and I’ve found black mold in my unit, which they’ve repeatedly failed to properly address. To make things worse, they never provide advance notice for construction. I’ve been woken up traumatized by loud drilling and banging with zero warning. It’s like living in a construction site with no regard for your peace or safety. Between the neglect, poor... management, and constant stress, this place is absolutely not worth the rent.

Paper thin walls, obnoxious neighbor noise.
Do not rent unit 5, unless you want to be the third tenant in 1 year to move in and then move out. We found out that everyone keeps moving out of this unit because the building does nothing about the endless noise coming from your neighbor.
