We liked the apartment and applied because the rent price on the website and what the leasing manager told us matched. We paid the application fee, gave all our info, and even bought renters insurance. After all that, we saw the rent on the leasing agreement suddenly went up. No clear explanation!
When I questioned it, they said they’d check with the owner, but nothing was resolved. The next morning they just asked us to sign the lease anyway.
They claimed the owner was “changing” the lease... from 13 months with 1 month free to 12 months with 1 month free for our favor, but the website already showed 12 months with 1 month free. Isn’t it literally their job to know the price? That’s when it started to feel skeptical and misleading.
Total waste of time and money. The process was confusing and stressful, and it made us lose trust. We walked away, bad management like this is a huge red flag in the future.

The moment i arrived they made sure i felt welcomed and that everything the unit came with was in there evreyone was also verry kind and as well as my neighbors i would love to come back !

I highly recommend Cocoon 63
Cocoon 63 delivered an unforgettable stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The space is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy atmosphere to the high-quality amenities that made the experience feel truly special. The location is perfect, and the environment is peaceful while still being close to everything you might need. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, which made... everything even better.

This place is awesome!
Nothing beats new construction. Its a perfect location and a perfect community vibe. Love the monthly events and free food. Great management company also quick to respond and always available.

AWFUL!! DO NOT LIVE HERE
Management does not last more than a few months with how bad everything is. There’s a lot of dogs so it just smells like pee and poop everywhere. If the parking structure breaks good luck. Either it takes too long to fix or they’ll say they’ll reimburse you for an Uber and then never actually do it. Would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.
