Lived Here for Over a Year & Love It!
Management team is kind, maintenance is fast (like next day or same-day fast!), and for the most part it's quiet! The application process was made easy by Nate. He sent photos and videos of the place, which made me feel super comfortable and allowed me to plan in advance. Thank you HOV and team for the great experience!

unclear policy
I’ve come this place twice and told them I have fish tank and dog and they say it’s okay to have these just send out a application first. After I spend 40 of none-refundable application fee and application approved, they ask me come to their leasing office again for a copy of my ID. The day I get their leasing office which is an hour and half away from where I live now, they tell me they not sure about fish and gonna call me later. After two hours they called me that they don’t allow any... fish tank in the building, what a JOKE :(
