Professional, caring & wonderful staff at Fedora x Trilby. Just helped move our child into this beautiful, well-maintained residence. From the initial tour, to lease signing, to acquainting our child to the day-to-day living at FxT - Jake & Drew have been patient, informative & responsive to our needs & inquiries. We are grateful especially to Drew who took almost 2 hours of his morning after our tour to personally help us get through the online application process. Because we are from way out... of state, Jake & Drew went the extra mile to help us through email, guiding us as to how to set up the electricity, renters insurance, and internet service accounts - answering our myriad of questions with helpful, detailed advice and directions. During the move-in process, they addressed all of our building maintenance needs immediately, even though our requests were not urgent. The unit & common areas are well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed & decorated. We appreciate the "little touches" such as the aromatherapy in the lobby, the modern yet comfortable furniture in the common areas, the clean and well appointed gyms, and the convenient vending snack machines near the elevators. The residents we have met, including the 4-legged furry ones, are friendly, and there is a sense of a warm community, here. We are especially grateful for the garage attendants who have been diligent and mindful, yet welcoming, giving us a sense of extra security for our child and their property. This is a true oasis in heart of K-Town. Highly recommend that you consider.

Excellent experience I've ever had
I just renewed my lease here and Jake the General Manager he has been very very patient with my lease renewal, very wonderful experience I've ever had. This apartment deserves a five star, highly recommend!!

Terrible Management
After moving out I got final accounting with a zero balance. Weeks later I got a letter and phone calls from a debt collector. The management had made an accounting error and instead of notifying me of their mistake they handled the situation by turning me over to collections. No apology. Beware also that leases are longer than 12 months and there are penalties for earlier termination. Look elsewhere if you want fair treatment by management!

Moved out four months ago, but still no deposit return. Landlord avoids calls. Frustrating experience. Proceed with caution.

Wonderfully Managed Modern Apartment Building
Kacey (leasing manager + concierge) and Angel (maintenance) are amazing and really go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. The units have modern appliances and central air controlled by a Nest. The building also has a crazy gym that is usually pretty empty so you aren’t having to wait on equipment to open up. There was a waitlist for parking which ended up being an additional $150/month, but I got off the waitlist within a week and Kacey has been working with the third party... that manages the parking on lowering the cost (they had originally told me it was $175/month when I first moved in so it already dropped while I’ve been here).
Right before I moved in, my unit was deep cleaned, the carpets were replaced, and the walls were repainted. The common areas (which include free coffee and water which any guests I bring over have loved) seem to be cleaned every day and you need a key fob to get into the building, units, and any of the amenities. The building is very well insulated so you don’t get a lot of street noise and I rarely hear my neighbors next to me or above me- only if they drop something really heavy, and even with that, it’s a very soft thump.
When you first move in, you’re given instructions on how to get a parcel locker so your deliveries are safe. Even though my packages have rarely actually ended up in the lockers (they usually end up in the center of the mail room or delivered directly to my door), I haven’t had any issue with anything being stolen yet. The residents here all seem to be good people. Lots of nice families and working people.
