How Is This Rating Determined?

don’t make the same mistake I did. avoid this place!

I have lived in this building for about 4 months and I must say, moving here was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. It is extremely high priced considering how poor it is ran. The units are not properly insulated so expect the temperature to be uncontrollable (not to mention flooding under the balcony door!). The “Central AC/heating” is the lowest quality I have ever experienced, when I set the thermostat to 90 degrees, it STILL blows cold air. I have had to deal with the lowest... quality shower/tub that they eventually had to replace the whole thing and put in the cheapest appliances. Learn from my mistake. Don’t live here.
