I've lived here for several years and let a lot of things slide because I understand situations happen that are out of peoples hands. However, I am now done with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, on several occasions the building fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night for no reason. As in we all had to exit the building in the middle of the night several times because of a fire alarm malfunction. if you have kids or pets this is a nightmare. My most recent... issue was with a neighbor who leaves trash everywhere and has basically ruined the side of my car by denting it with her door. When bringing this to management attention I was forced to move my parking spot, took my car off site, and have to pay for the repairs. 95% of the tenants here are good people but the 5% of the bad tenants make this place an absolute disaster. I let it slide over the years but I am done. don't live here, you are going to have issues with a neighbor who doesn't care about the building or their neighbors property. Think twice before moving in.

Very nice but pricy
I love my apartment. I have a 3rd floor apartment with a loft. The apartment feels spacious and bright. The apartment is centrally located right near the 134. 101, and 170 freeways. It is also very close to cute shops and restaurants in Toluca Lake and North Hollywood. I think you will like living here. The only downside is that the apartments are a bit pricy but I guess you get what you pay for.

Lovely, tastefully remodeled
We recently moved into one of their lofts and we really like it. The apartments are nicely renovated with top of the line appliances which makes a big difference. There is quite a lot of noise from the highway on our side of the building, but it's fine with the doors closed. The patio on the roof is nice and air conditioning is a lifesaver in the valley.
I will say the application process was one of the most complicated I've ever had to do though. Checking references, sending tax returns,... recent pay stubs, bank statements on top of credit checks, but the staff are very friendly.
