The laundry machines break down, the landlord is a pain to deal with and the old apt has a lot of recurring issues

Poorly Managed
I've lived here a long time and it keeps going downhill with poor maintenance and a lazy onsite manager. Trash is overflowing and breeding flies, plumbing has been in need of complete redo for 20 years but the landlord is too cheap to pay for it, so plumbing issues happen weekly. Courtyard is filthy and unwelcoming. Tenants are the only ones who try to make it look nice with plants. Tenants routinely file complaints with city to get repairs made.

Talmadge Apartments
Apartments are cute, breezy, sunny, and clean. Located in a great area, you can walk to tons of different restaurants, bars, and local shops. 20 minute commute to downtown, 5 minutes to silver lake, and 30 second from Griffith Park.
