Building infested with waterbugs

I am a current tenant. The building is infested with waterbugs. They are coming into the apartment every day. I have found a few crawling in my dishes. I have reported this to the management company and they are sending a person to spray once a month which does literally nothing. This is highly hazardous. The management company is ignoring me and I will most likely have to fight this battle in court. Until then I want to make sure no one else goes through the same thing. They did not mention to... me that the building is infected with waterbugs when I moved in. If you are coming for viewing talk with any of the tenants and ask them about the waterbugs problem.
