I was born and raised in LA and I've lived everywhere from Crenshaw to Santa Monica. This is by far one of the best locations and apartment complexes I've been in for the price.

The neighborhood is quiet, shaded with trees, and surrounded by food and stores for quick grocery store runs to Ralphs or home essentials from Target. Very dog friendly, supplying dog waste containers and baggies, even has a small park open to the public till dawn. A short walk away from several parks and a short... drive from Melrose shopping, Hollywood Blvd, and the Sunset Strip.

Permit parking between Fountain ave and Santa Monica so it can be difficult without the proper passes but not unmanageable.

The apartment complex itself offers laundry on site as well as underground parking. Large living room, Balcony for select 2nd story units, new appliances, hardwood and carpet throughout.
