$75 per month fee for all utilities – wi-fi, electric, gas, water, sewer and garbage.
Apartment is just steps away from coffee shops, stores, restaurants (including... vegan), bars, food trucks, a movie theatre. Walk to the farmers market on Saturday mornings or Tuesday nights. The metro/subway (that can take you to Hollywood, Downtown or the Beach) is about a 15 min walk.
Several hiking paths and horseback riding at Griffith Park (2 miles away).
Strolling through the neighborhood will get you great views of the Hollywood sign and The Observatory.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster with pots/pans and dishes needed for your stay. Hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Heat/AC & ceiling fan. The bathroom is shower only. Queen bed plus a pull-out hide-a-bed inside the couch that is full size. Some of the furniture can be removed if you don't want it fully furnished - please reach out regarding specific items. Outdoor patio area that has a sunshade. Fully fenced in yard with security door and intercom to the unit and security cameras on the property.
No smoking in the building nor anywhere on the property. Any smoking on property will result in a loss of the entire damage deposit.
I am open to renting to someone with pets but I'd like a pet reference from somewhere else you've stayed. There is a $200 non-refundable pet cleaning deposit for both cats & dogs. Cats have an additional $500 deposit that will be returned if they don't scratch up any furniture.
There is also a fenced-in yard but you must pick up your dog's poop each time you let it out. There are other guests that enjoy the yard and it should stay clean for everyone.
Note: Unattended dogs that continually bark are not allowed. After the second warning of excessive barking, you agree to vacate the premises and forfeit your deposit.
Street permit parking is available. I provide 1 permit for each unit. If the permit isn't returned upon vacating the property $100 will be taken from your deposit. There is also open public parking a block away.
Management reserves the right to enter the unit for repairs, maintenance and to show potential renters the unit.
