Absolutely fabulous place to live! The staff maintains it so well. The doormen and valet are on 24/7 so I feel safe here, plus they always greet me with a warm hello. Any time that I’ve needed a service done in my apartment it’s completed with in the day. The location is great too. Perfectly situation between the west side (Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice) and the Hollywood side (Beverly hills, weho, Hollywood). Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live for my first place in LA!

I lived here for 7 years and I feel so lucky to have called this place my home. Management and maintenance are responsive and friendly. All of the building staff are kind, accommodating, and were such a pleasure to see every day. I left because of the location of my work, but would have stayed otherwise. The neighborhood is lovely and I will miss my walks and all my other regular spots around town. Best wishes to everyone at 10401 Wilshire.

I had a wonderful experience living at 10401 Wilshire Blvd. The building is beautifully maintained and has a great sense of community, but what truly sets it apart is the management and staff.

Paul and Barbara are exceptional—always kind, professional, and incredibly effective. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel well taken care of. Their communication and responsiveness made a big difference during my time there.
