I lived at 10401 Wilshire for nearly 3 years and I can tell you it was such a pleasure. The premises are kept pristine, clean, & maintained. Any Maintainence issue is addressed within a day. All the staff & management are super friendly and helpful. The building is incredibly peaceful, quiet, and a place where I will always remain fond and recommend to anyone wanting to be a resident of the westside.

Wonderful building with fantastic staff
10401 Wilshire is a wonderful building and I'd highly recommend to anyone. It is in a perfectly central location in LA. The staff is attentive and makes you feel at home. It is rare to find a doorman building in LA and it made us feel extra safe. The maintenance is also incredible - they are quick to come. Barbara is beyond attentive and takes care of every detail. The gym and valet are huge pluses. As for the unit itself, the views are spectacular, you don't hear any noise from neighbors and... there is great storage you wouldn't normally find in a one bedroom. We really loved living here.

Living at 10401 Wilshire has been one of the best housing decisions I’ve ever made. This building stands out not just for its beautiful setting on the Wilshire Corridor, but for the incredible people who make it feel like home. From the very first day, I was struck by how attentive, professional, and genuinely kind everyone on the team is.
Paul and Barbara deserve special recognition. They are simply the best—always available, approachable, and proactive in making sure residents are taken care... of. They bring a personal touch to everything they do, which creates a sense of community that you rarely find in large apartment buildings. The valet and front desk staff are equally outstanding. They greet you by name, always offer a helping hand, and consistently go above and beyond to make daily life easy and stress-free.
Security here is excellent, and it shows in the peace of mind I have living in this building. From the secure entry to the attentive staff, I always feel safe, whether I’m at home, parking, or coming and going late at night. That level of comfort is priceless in Los Angeles.
Maintenance is another area where 10401 Wilshire shines. Any issue—big or small—is addressed quickly, often within a single day. The responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance team are unmatched, and it makes living here completely hassle-free.

Great apartment! Most memorable
My partner and I had a corner unit at 10401 Wilshire. It was the best living experience I have ever had. The view of Wilshire blvd outside our windows and the sunshine were so very therapeutic. All utilities and parking were included. Valets are there 24/7. Managers are responsible and nice. Overall a great, great place to live.

Your future favourite apartment
Living at 10401 Wilshire was a 5 star experience because it is modern, safe, close to multiple amenities, and the staff are all very friendly and good at their jobs. Everything the apartment offers is geared to make your time there easier, from bell carts available to haul your groceries or any heavy items up and down, to a laundry room that is kept clean and usually has machines available, to staff that will park your car if you get home late. I could go on an on but I truly loved living here... and would recommend it to everyone time and time again.
