Since October 2003, I have been actively assisting buyers, sellers and investors in meeting their real estate goals. Since 1993, when I purchased my first investment property at an auction I own or have owned a variety of investment properties in CA and elsewhere including multiple income properties (4 to 5 units), SFRs, condos, a co-op apartment and Own Your Owns. I personally have participated in sale/lease backs, Tenants-In-Common ownership and self directed 401K for real estate. My experience includes 1031 tax deferred exchanges for my clients as well as for myself. My experience in the corporate world prior to moving into real estate sales and consulting was in public accounting (got my CPA with Coopers & Lybrand ,now PWC) ) in Boson and then heading up Corporate audit groups with New York Stock Exchange companies. My last stint in corporate America was with Fox Entertainment Group (1997-2003).<br />I am heavily involved in my Long Beach community and serve as director on non profit boards including Operation Jump Start (also Treasurer), Y (Fairfield Branch), Families Uniting Families, Kiwanis Club of Bixby Knolls-NLB, Friends of the Historic Lafayette and Committee of 300.<br />I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and all my short sales have been approved by the banks in under 30 days.<br />My strong accounting/business background, combine with my negotiating skills will help you solve any real estate issue.
