Issues: Management and parking

I have never lived where constant messaging from management about the same issue.
Every week all tenants receive a message about parking. Management has removed the 8-9 spots for guest parking, and they are now available for $100 a month on top of your rent. And there are no more spots for the 40+ units here. So if you have one guest, they will have to park in the street. However, street parking is not right outside the apartment complex. It is across a busy street.

So if you are planning on...
having guests or more than two cars ever, you will get in trouble for not parking inside your garage.

Management sucks at providing solutions. They only point out issues.

Management stays away from property

Am living here since few months obviously it being a old property there are few maintenance issues, the manager took care of most of them before I moved in but after moving in whatever the issue is never taken care off, I raised a maintenance request on June 22nd 2017 and till now there is no response, for the money you pay as rent you expect better service
