Loving The 5800! First off, Karen was a huge selling point of deciding to rent at this location. Her kindness and transparency really made us feel safe and we know we ended up the in the unit that was meant for us and in a complex/community that we feel safe in. We are still settling in but so far, loving the amenities and the neighborhood!

The facility The unit are upgraded and clean and spacious. Feel safe and no worries about security ( although we have on and off security at night). Management compared to the previous is excellent and very good in imposing rules for the benefit of everybody.

Beautiful property I have lived at this community for 36 years and I have seen this property change so much for the better and the staff is fantastic.
Starting with the manager being at the property for over 20 years, Karen will Accommodate whatever you need to have done and she will go above and beyond.
Delfina, who is our Porter? She make sure that everything is clean and she even help the residence if they need something to be done, and also she helps carry things in for the residence if she... feels that they are too heavy for the resident to carry.
Hector is the maintenance and he is very quick in answering orders especially if something is wrong in my apartment. He’s right there to fix it.
Rolando, who is the leasing agent for the office is very nice and polite to talk with.
Myself I would recommend this property to anybody that wants a nice beautiful place to live and to call Home. Read More

Comfort The apartment complex is really large .
But you can't tell because its always nice and quiet.
That's a nice atmosphere to come home to after a long day at work
