I think the location of Central Park is so special. We have the trolley across the street, the park next door, open hallway access to our apts. and a lot of open space. I've lived here for almost 10 years! I'm 91 years old and will be sad when/if I have to leave.

All except the issues with the sidewalk the maintenance, on the lower level the sidewalk is green needs a good power washing poor placement of the gutter should be rerouted away from public areas.
