I've lived in Casa La Mesa for over two years and have consistently encountered issues with maintenance. During heavy rain, multiple stains developed on the ceilings due to a poor roof condition. Some tenants had to move out because water was pouring into their homes. After the roof was replaced and my ceiling repainted, new stains developed again during another rain. The ongoing maintenance issues have been a significant problem for me.

Lovely
These aprartments are so comfortable looking. So well taken care of. The outside has such a clean fresh look feel to it,as well as the inside. I love that it has all the amenities it offers. So appealing to know you can live an in apartment that feels like a house! I want to apply!
