The gym and pool really put icing on the cake for this amazing development. Every resident I have spoken to has be welcoming, friendly and helpful! Hands down the best apartment I have rented in San Diego county!

The facilities are nice (pool, Gym, & rec room). However, they penny pinch for every single item you can imagine. Rent is advertised at a certain amount, but expect an additional few hundred in fee's. This is expensive for the La Mesa area and not they gave maximum increases for the 2 years we lived there.
The siren's are also very loud, so expect a non-peaceful living situation. Which is fine and does give a city vibe.
