Never in my life have I ever dealt with the most rude leasing staff. They rotate the staff so often and every single one of them seem to never want to do their job. India, the manager, is the worst. They don't care about tenant concerns. They're nice until you sign your lease, then they ghost you and are rarely available.

Had an awful time here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property. They're behind on their pest control, try to charge residents random fees not communication upon move in, are unprofessional and never have clear answers for anything, avoid responsibility, and the buildings are in awful condition with recurring mold and pests (ants, termites). Notorious with not returning deposits without fair explanation either.

The maintenance staff never came to repair the issue but simply closed the maintenance request. The community office staff helped schedule a new appointment for Thursday at 5 PM, but no one showed up on time. The next day, another staff member from the community office said that the technician wouldn’t be working on Thursday. TI have no idea when someone will come to fix it.

I’m really sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve had with the maintenance request, and I completely understand how frustrating that can be. Our goal is always to ensure timely and efficient service, and it sounds like we missed the mark here.
To... clarify, our maintenance team is available from 8 AM to 5 PM, and we aim to address work orders within specific timeframes: 9 AM to 12 PM or between 2 PM to 5 PM. I sincerely apologize that the technician didn’t show up as scheduled, and I understand how confusing it must have been when no one arrived as expected.
Thank you for your patience in working with our office staff to reschedule the appointment. We hope that we have chage your experiance.

It’s a great starter apartment has everything one might need. Close to a lot of great things like gyms, stores, grocery stores, movie theaters. It’s also very close for college students to get to school. It might have flaws but it is still a great place to live.
