Happy Happy We’ve been here a year and it has been sweet it’s peaceful and everything is very well maintained and mostly because of Autumn and Jose they are on top of everything thx guys

Trash The trash continues to be an ongoing problem here.You refuse to have the trash picked up on Wednesdays yet our Monthly Conservice charge has doubled in the past few months. You allow contractors to throw everything and anything in our dumpster. The paint contractors throw empty five gallon paint buckets in the trash.I have seen that more than once. The residents want solutions.Not excuses . Thank you.

Peter, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding our trash system. We currently work with Republic Trash Services, which services our community five days a week. You are correct that Wednesday and Sunday are days without a pickup... scheduled. If you ever notice a bin at risk of overflow, we ask that you bring it to the attention of our team so that we can attend to it promptly.
We appreciate your feedback regarding our recent on-site contractors. We have brought this directly to our Regional Maintenance Superintendent. When at our community, these vendors are a direct representation of us, which includes the importance of following all community rules. He has spoken to the paint vendor and assured us that this will not happen again.
Our team has several plans in place in the coming months for our community trash bins. We look forward to showcasing the improvements and upgrades.

Good Apartments We are happy with this apartment complex but not thrilled. There are definitely things that need improvement like pest control, parking, and updating things like the cabinets. Jose is wonderful, polite, and prompt. Autumn is nice but needs to work on communication. Parking for disabled people is difficult. Overall, we are satisfied with what we have.
