This company just wants your money. Don't get sold on the amenities above because most of them are not even true. There are no dishwashers in the units. You only get a parking space in the garage if you rent a 1 bedroom, and parking on the street is horrible. The elevators are always broken. The back door is always open for anyone to walk in. The pool is only open on certain days during the week when everyone is at work; not open on the weekends. They take forever to fix things because... everything has to go through an approval process; so its basically whats the highest priority problem to the person doing the approving. I recently moved out and they want to charge me for everything they never came out to fix. Want me to pay them $1520.55. Manager never showed up to do our final walk through. I pray to the most high that they shut down permanently. Amen.

This place has tons of cockroaches, Spider's, and Mice/Rats! Management never fix things in your apartment. The rent goes up 3-5% every year. No good parking inside garage or outside the building. Building is run down. I have no idea why the city hasn't shut it down completely yet.

Studio and 1 bedroom apts. reasonably priced and clean. Pool, laundry room and secure parking. Manager is awesome! No nonsense at this place! Transportation, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Not far from LAX. City of good neighbors.
