Having spent the last 8 years living at Colony Frontera, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartments are clean and comfortable and the overall complex is great for both families as well as young singles and is peaceful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new place to live.

They are rude and not helpful and they will not fix what need to be fixed

first of all rent is expensive the worth it.

If you need something fixed from your apartment good luck with that they take forever to fix it and when they go maintenance team is very rood and sloppy work they got all my carpet wet when they fixed an issue with my sink.

Trash is always all over the place. Home less are always inside even though its a gated community. the entrance handle is always broken.

Its not worth it.
