I would like to express how satisfied I am to have had the opportunity to be a resident at Colony Frontera. My experience throughout my time there was always very positive, and I am definitely leaving with many great memories.
I especially want to congratulate the entire team for the excellent work they do. The common areas and different spaces throughout the residence are always kept extremely clean and well maintained, which is something that is truly appreciated on a daily basis.... Communication with residents is also excellent. Any maintenance work, activities, or situations that may affect residents are always communicated well in advance, which shows great organization, consideration, and respect for everyone living there.
Overall, my experience at Colony Frontera was extremely positive and satisfying. I truly appreciate the care, the well-maintained facilities, and the team’s commitment to creating a pleasant environment for residents. Congratulations on the great work you do, and thank you so much for everything!

Excellent Place to Live
Having spent the last 8 years living at Colony Frontera, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartments are clean and comfortable and the overall complex is great for both families as well as young singles and is peaceful and well maintained. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new place to live.

Perfect Place to Call Home
I’ve been a resident here for 8 years and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. It’s a place I’ve genuinely loved calling home for many years.

Not good management
They are rude and not helpful and they will not fix what need to be fixed
