I came to see an apartment here and was shown by someone named yadira(?) I applied the same day and was told I would need to leave a $250 deposit to hold the apartment and not have them show it to anyone else while my application was processed. It has been 3 weeks now and no one will return my calls. I have called every number I can find associated with this building, including the property management company associated with them. No one will answer or call me back. This is a scam and I’m pretty... sure not only am i now out the money, but they have all of my personal information to do whatever they want with! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! THIS IS A SCAM!!

Marine Bay Apartments
Pros: convenient location for el camino college students security gate pool grocery store, dollar tree, 7-11, mcdonalds, etc. within walking distance pet friendly on site laundry
Cons: lots of noise from street and neighborhood elementary school expensive laundry no nearby guest parking old/poorly maintained building difficult to get maintenance requests filled

Marine Bay Apartments: A gardenia in Gardena.
This apartment family is a great safe community. Lots of children but not overpowering with noise. Many friendly faces inside without a fear of greeting one another. The apartments themselves are nice. Cute and affordable. An enjoyable place for such a city and area. Very close to major grocery stores and multiple schooling options, with a park basically in our back yard. Easy to contact staff and a pool that is kept clean. . A safe sub community within a community. A pause button for the real... experiences of life. A friendly flower in a garden of uncertainty.
