It is our first time looking for an apartment and we've been through sweet and sour time! We love it at the first sight. This apartment have many good things from living room to your private patio and to your own laundry room and also resort lifestyles (pools, bbq area, basketball court, nice landscape)! We were so afraid and have no experience but thanks to Karla, everything went as smooth as it can. Karla contacted us to let us know on our current waiting list, what documents we need to bring... in, explain to us on the contract, and walk through the whole apartment with us prior to our moving. Every time we contacted Karla for help (no hot water, can't open main gate, electricity black out, online rental payment discrepancies..), she's there trying to resolve the problem for us whether it is after working hour or weekend. Also Chuy is there helping us as well! And we love how Karla and Chuy always respond to our calls and provide us extraordinary services and enhance our stay at City Villas. We would definitely recommend City Villas - Karla and Chuy to our friends and family!

Lots of good things, but a few things I would like to fix!
Great things: There are many great things about my apartment. I love being able to wash and dry my clothes in my apartment and not have to go to a laundry mat! I love having a backyard and to be able to go outside. Even though it is not very big, I wouldn't want to do without it. I love having an upstairs and downstairs. This really helps with the noise. If people are being loud next door downstairs and I go upstairs, I can't really hear them anymore. I love having a park like setting! ... There are a lot of grassy areas, a basketball court and 2 pools, as well as a BBQ area. In addition, the inside and outside of the apartments have been recently remodeled, so it looks great inside and outside as well. I also love being close to so many great things. I can walk to The Block and I am also within a few miles of Disneyland, Angel Stadium and so much more!
Good and bad: They have security, but I feel like they could be much more active. For example, my neighbors are really loud sometimes and I wish the security could walk around and tell people to be quiet instead of me having to choose to put up with it or be the bad guy and complain. There is also a bit of a tagging problem, but they are usually very quick to paint over it...another reason it would be helpful to have security to walk around. I also like that it is kid friendly, although I think that a lot of parents need to keep a better eye on their kids, such as when kids are tagging, littering, or when they are out really late in the pool or at the basketball court past dark without any adult supervision.
Things I would like to see improved: It takes a realllllyyyy long time to get things fixed most of the time. There was one thing that I was waiting on for several months and have been waiting for something else to get fixed for several months now as well. They are both non-emergency situations, but a pain in the booty to deal with.
In general, I really like living here, but it could definitely stand to improve in a few ways.
