Terrible, water is extremely dirty and un-purified. Not professional, I had a door painted by the leasing office wether I approved or not. I was sleeping but the maintenance person kept unlocking the door without permission and without respect entering the apartment at his own will even after telling him to wait.

My wife and I moved into this complex of August 2016, when moving from out of state. Everything was fine until after we signed the lease.

It all started with some issues with the garage door opening but they couldn't look into it because it was after hours on a Friday and they don't have hours on weekends. So I had to park my car on the street, which I had no problem doing but heard the neighborhood isn't great and has a lot of car break ins. It was just frustrating they weren't able to take... care of small issues like this until the following Monday.

Next we had some plumbing issues with our toilet upstairs and downstairs. The first time we called they came right away and from what we understood, fixed the problem. A few weeks later our toilet downstairs overflowed and had a live cockroach inside of it which was gross. So I called management and they said it would take around 40 min for a plumber, after waiting an hour I had to call her back to see if she could follow up since they still weren't there. Plumbers come and the pipes were clogged so they "fix" the problem. This being said they left the bathroom with poop on the walls and floor.

Finally they leave a notice on our door saying they will be working on plumbing and maintenance will be in our apartment, great, the issues will finally be fixed. About a week later, I was watching tv and I heard a leak. I look where the leak sound is coming from and find the toilet upstairs is leaking through the floor into the lamp that connects to the downstairs bathroom. Honestly I felt like I was on a tv show. At this point we broke our lease and moved to a different complex and it was the best decision we made!

This complex just bandaids things up, nothing is ever fixed. And if management listens to these reviews please have better communication around issues like these. Read More

I've lived at Avignon Apartments for over 2 years and I am extremely happy living here. Everything about this property is great. Erica the manager is quick to help you with anything you need, Manny in maintenance is great at his job and helps with all work orders. The property is always clean, safe and environmentally friendly.
We live in a town home style apartment and it feels like a home, they are very large and cozy. I've never had any issues with neighbors, parking or noise concerns. I... love it here.
