I shopped around for apartments before rowen and hands down rowen has and excellent crew! They would go above and beyond for me if I had any questions or concerns . They all are very welcoming! I knew this was home !

Alex is just the best maintenance man ever he is very smart and works smart the hole team will and Isabelle are great people too we just appreciate the help and curt courtesy that they have not only with us but the community here at Rowan these apartment complex are so nice to live in I love my view and it could not be any better thank you for this experience.

The units are Absolutely top-notch! They’ve got everything you could wish for. maintenance (Alex) and front office (Will and Bryan) make it so easy to live here. Whether it’s fixing a leaky faucet or simply brightening your day with a warm smile, they’re truly remarkable
