We have been here for three and a half years and love it. Despite being in a busy part of town, it is quiet here and enjoyable. The staff and maintenance team are absolutely excellent and the townhomes are so well-insulated that it is easy to forget you have neighbors. No place is perfect but this is close enough for us!
