Moving to Altair has been a great decision! All the amenities/common areas are kept clean and well maintained. Also, the management team made it easy to apply and move in.

We have been here for less than a year. No problems with our neighbors. Management help when available but need to keep more updates on property rules or any changes. That will include parking not everyone checks their email on a daily basis. The only negative about this area is homelessness. Property and packages getting stolen almost on a daily basis.

Great staff and nice facilities. Yet constant dog fecies on the lawns and sidewalks. We won't take our dog to the enclosed dog park due to bad smell and unkept dog owners.

Safer side of Escondido
I moved over from the center of Escondido and I have to say I feel so much safer on this side. Yes things can still happen but I don't see homeless or people on drugs and that kind of activity over here. The apartments are very well kept, the staff try and help as much as they can, the amenities are better inside your home like Full size washer/dryer. ACs, new appliances. The outside has a dog park,pools and spas along with a nice fireplace. Glad to be here.
