Altair has been a very safe and refreshing community. I feel the staff tries very hard to be kind and do their job well. The location is perfect for shopping, beach or anywhere. Also, the landscaping provides birds a playground and dogs plenty of healthy grass. All around nice amenities and clean!

Altair is a multicultural, civilian military family community complex. Everybody minds their own business, but if you need assistance someone in the community steps up to assist with kindness and an open heart. Everything is in walking distance or bus transportation including schools, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, Banks and more. This is a stress free environment for your next home. Come check it out!!

My husband and I have lived here for almost a month, and so far, WE LOVE IT. Amenities are great, staff is polite and easy to talk to, the property is kept clean and in order, and we feel safe/secure.
