We had the worst time of our lives when we went there for a house tour. Five days before the scheduled day, we made an appointment and received a confirmation email. However, when we arrived for our appointment, they declined to take us since they were finished for the day. We weren't late for the appointment, nor was it their closing hour. She then requested that we reschedule for the following day at 11:30. The following day, seventy minutes prior to the appointment, they give us a call to... reschedule since someone else is arriving at the same time. They responded that you need to adapt because the other person is not answering when we inquired why they would double book.Once more, we complied like idiots. The person at the counter started hurrying us when we arrived since she had another appointment at 11:30. She showed very little interest in answering our inquiries when we were showing the place. Because she had another appointment, she declined to show us the full property. When we questioned why we were being treated differently, she explained that she had arranged our appointment out of politeness and was no longer able to assist us. She consistently encouraged us to keep going and dismissed our worries during the tour.She argued that this was a courtesy she gave us, even though the tour ended suddenly in 15 minutes. Bayview is, by far, the best place in the area to call home!

My experience at Bayview Apartments started positively with a welcoming staff, but quickly soured due to their unhelpful and dismissive attitude when issues arose. Problems with the EV car charging and double-assigned parking spots were poorly handled. Additionally, the response to a washing machine leak was frustratingly inadequate, with technicians dismissing concerns and failing to provide necessary information. I was initially hesitant to move into a Greystar building due to their reputation. However, the leasing staff at Bayview were exceptionally professional and responsive. Cezar, in particular, made our move-in process extremely easy. It would be in Greystar’s best interest to uphold this standard across all of their properties. Overall, we are very happy with our unit and the building as a whole.
