We enjoy having lots of things within walking distance. Fast food, parks, good schools, Crunch Gym, CVS pharmacy, Walmart, gas station, etc. Our kids love the pool and I enjoy the hot tub. I appreciate the washer/dryer hook ups in my apartment.
Only down side is we get a little bit of freeway noise but you get use to it. We had only planned on living here for 6 months but have lived here 5 years ~ all because we have felt comfortable, have made great friends with our neighbors and we like... the area : )
