6. Required documents - Last 3 pay stubs - last 3 bank statements - a copy of ID/Driver's License.
7. Renter's insurance of at least $100,000 liability coverage is required, with the property owner listed as “Additional Interest.”
8. Approved applicants must be prepared to move in within 20 days of approval.
