Office team is nice and understanding.
I am surprised after 3 different complaints regarding this issue, they did not replace the washer and fix the problem.

Great place to live only concerns is neighbors with pets need to do a better job of keeping their area clean from pet smells/urine ect…. And the fire pit is really nice but it’s always broken
