Upon moving in, we had a lot of small issues with paint, nicks in the baseboards, and chips/scratches in the floor. Although we are grateful for the transferred unit, these issues definitely would make me hesitant to refer a friend. Additionally, many residents do not pick up after their pets despite numerous waste pins and pick up areas.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Amenities are maintained and easily accessible. Community is safe and walkable with many restaurants and recreational spaces nearby.
